Due to the expected inclement weather, Newport School District will be closed on Friday, January 10th. This includes all campuses and administrative offices. Please watch for announcements concerning school for Monday, January 13th.
Due to anticipated weather conditions, the 7G/JG/SG Girls basketball game against Hoxie at Newport on Thursday, 1/9, will now begin at 4:00 PM, instead of the previously scheduled 5:00 PM.
Additionally, the 7B/JB/SB Boys basketball game originally scheduled for Friday, 1/10, at Hoxie has been moved to Thursday, 1/9, with a 4:00 PM start time.
