Newport High School proudly invites all Veterans and their guests to attend its annual Veterans Day Ceremony on TUESDAY, November 11, at 10:15 a.m. in the Newport High School Auditorium.

This event is an opportunity for students, staff, and community members to come together in recognition of the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

Veterans and their guests will be honored with reserved seating in the first three rows of the auditorium for the ceremony. The program will feature student performances, patriotic tributes,

and reflections that highlight the importance of service and gratitude.

Following the ceremony, all Veterans and spouses are invited to attend a complimentary luncheon in the Hungry Hound Café, hosted by Newport Veterans of Foreign Wars, Collier-Massey Post 4683

“Veterans Day is a meaningful tradition at Newport High School,” said LTC(ret.) Ed Jones (Senior Army Instructor-JROTC. “It’s a privilege to welcome our local Veterans and show our appreciation for their service and sacrifices.”
