Newport High School would like to celebrate one of our own, Mrs. Leanne Bradley, on her recent publication in The Journal of Family and Consumer Sciences Education. The article was written in cooperation with Dr. Kim Sartain, Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Family Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas. The article highlights an event unique to Newport High School created by Mrs. Bradley. Senior Send-off, through the school's Career and Technical Education courses, demonstrates the importance of basic skills needed by students entering the real world.
